Independent Stylist
I have always loved what I do. This industry never stands still and neither do I. The skill required to do this at Creative Director Level fascinates me as much today as it did when I entered the industry aged 16. Being able to go from an apprentice to a level where I can write techniques and educate in the industry has been a journey that I have learnt so much from.

Helping to train and support the future artists in their next stage is something that I am always proud of. We create and support incredible people and I love the fact that it will continue to a big part of our journey for the next twenty years.

Being in the salon with my clients and my team is the best feeling in the world. I am busy and people do book in advance and I wish there were more hours in the day – but it is such an incredible feeling to see such a variety of people and work so creatively each day.

I have worked at Bespoke Hairdressing since 2001 and became an independent creative director in September 2025.

I take immense creative pride in my work and truly believe that great hair starts with listening. I take the time to understand what my clients want and combine that with my experience to create what they genuinely need.

Having strong skills across all areas of hairdressing is essential to me. I love colour just as much as cutting and I also create beautiful hair-up and occasion styles. I hold degree-level knowledge in colour, allowing me to deliver everything from soft, natural looks to vibrant, creative colour work, always with hair health at the forefront. I will guide you through the process from start to finish, ensuring you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

I am always looking to upskill myself and keep my knowledge fresh and up to date. Ongoing education and learning are a key part of my career, ensuring I can offer my clients the latest techniques, trends, and best practices while maintaining the highest standards of hair health and creativity. I have been awarded Kevin Murphy Session Stylist.

I am the Head technician in the salon. I hold the highest qualifications that you can get in the industry. I am degree qualified in both technique and our colour house, Redken. I understand the complexities of how colour works and have the knowledge to blend Bespoke shades when required.

Clients come to me because of the level of my knowledge and the skill in technique that I have. I love creating a Bespoke look for every client. I can create shades & tones to such specific level that you really do get your own style.

The colour process is a journey, and hair health plays a really important part. I will make sure that you are not just colour “cool” but colour “safe” keeping your hair strong. That’s why people book in with me, often for the whole year.

I love what I do and play a leading part in developing the colour skills, techniques and products at Bespoke.

I really enjoy what I do, and I am foundation degree qualified in Hairdressing and hold qualifications in Team Leading and Marketing. I love continuing my personal development within depth studies.

I can create both classic and advanced work to a high standard. I am known for making even the most nervous client feel comfortable. It is important to me that you are happy and love your visit to the salon. I love being here and want you to enjoy it too.

I am due to take a little break, but don’t worry, I will be back and will email all of my clients in advance of my return.

I am Alison and I am an experienced stylist. I have looked after my clients for many years, and they come to me because they know that I listen to them, and I take good care of what they need. I love being part of a team and joined the Bespoke family after many years of loyalty to my previous salon and I came here with the previous owner until he retired at the end of 2025

I am Amy and I am a full-time colourist. I love everything colour and am constantly updating my creative technical skills. It’s so great to work as part of a team to make people happy every single day.

I love that I can use my knowledge to give my guests what they want and make sure that their hair looks in great condition. I build trust with my clients and that’s what makes them want to return.

I truly love making my clients feel heard, understood and valued whilst I offer my professional advice. My goal is to ensure that every client leaves feeling beautiful, confident and happy.

Outside of work I love to travel and spend quality time with my friends, family and my dogs. I love my job and my Bespoke family. My commitment to learning is never ending.
