BHE Logo White

We have been at our site in Church Street for 21 years, but it would be wrong to assume that everyone knows where we are. Even for those that have visited us regularly, let us help you find where to park and maybe visit a few shops when you come in to see us.

Bespoke Hairdressing is based at 3-4 Church Street in Rugby Town Centre, and we are opposite Rugby Towns historic clock tower. Our signage is our logo below and it is lit to make sure that you can always see where we are, even on cold winter nights!

Pop our post code into you Sat Nav – it’s CV21 3PH

If you need to ring us our telephone number is 01788 565505.

Attached is our own little map xx

So where are the best places to park?

(Always double check the information by clicking the carpark links below as information can change)

The nearest is North Street, Chestnut Field, CV21 2TL, and it’s a Rugby Borough Council Car Park. Charges apply Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. It’s open for 24 hours with costs of £1.10 for up to 2 hours and £1.40 for up to 3 hours (maximum time allowed). Currently Rugby Borough council owned car parks are free to park in on a Saturday and Sunday, but please double check as this can change.

John Barford is another Rugby Borough Council Car park, and you can access it off James Street or Railway Terrace (CV21 2SL). This car park is open until 7.00pm and allows parking for up to 11 hours. The charges are £1.00 up to 3 hours, £2.50 up to 5 hours and £5.00 up to 11 hours.

All the Rugby Borough Council car parks are in walking distance and the link is attached below:

Rugby Central is the town centres covered shopping precinct and it’s car park is the second nearest to the salon.

It is open for the following days and times:

Monday to Saturday: 7am to 7pm

Sunday 09.30am to 4.30pm

The car park charges are £1.00 up to 3 hours, £3.00 up to 10 hours, £10.00 for over 10 hours.

It is also possible to park on Regent Street in the Town Centre for up to two hours. This is covered by Warwickshire County Council and the link is attached below. You will need to check for costs, but I would currently expect it to be around £2.20 for 2 hours.

Remember some colour services may be just over three hours – so check prior to your appointment, if you think you will need more than three hours. If you do need longer, then we would recommend the use of Rugby Central for parking.

So, you know how to find us and where to park – TOP TIP bring an umbrella with you for that constantly changing British weather. You know what we mean, you need a quilted coat in the morning and a summer wear by 11.00am and a waterproof for rain or hail by 1.00pm and back to summer wear for 3.00pm. Always bring an emergency umbrella! Should we stock them for sale?

Some frequently asked questions:

Do I need to pre-book, or do I just walk in?

Always better to pre-book if you can.

All our available spaces are promoted on our Facebook page & Facebook and Instagram stories

I really don’t know what I want – help?

All our team have their own tablets so they can look things up online or you can collect some pictures on your own phone to help you show your stylist what you want. Did you also know that you can book a consultation before you book an actual appointment? It is totally free and recommended for all new colour clients. You still get a consultation on the day, but if you want a colour change or re-style and you want to chat it over before you book, just email or us or send us a message and we can chat with you and then book an in-person consultation if you need one.

Do I wash my hair before my visit?

No, all our services include cleanse, wash, conditioner, with the option of adding a treatment at an additional cost from our in-salon ranges of Redken, Pureology or Kevin Murphy. The stylist will select the best combination for you. Let the stylist know what areas you have problems with (like sensitive scalp or dry ends). They can then ensure that the products used will help with individual needs – after all, we are called Bespoke & that’s because we select the total package that suits you best.

Another – TOP TIP – make sure that your products are picked and ready for collection by pre-ordering them online 2-3 days prior to your appointment.

Last and by no means least we must give a massive shout out to the much-missed Rugby Theatre which will re-open it’s doors to patrons after the pandemic in March with a bawdy satire with adult themes – Six Dead Queens and inflatable Henry. Our Independent Creative Director – Stephen Fordham will be on stage in Goodnight, Mr Tom in April. Rugby Theatre also show Films where there are no adverts, and they have the new Film of Westside Story is showing in March. Welcome back Rugby Theatre, it’s been too long. We can’t wait to see the results of the newly refurbished bar – we are sure it will look stunning.
